Memorial Booklet

 It is traditional to remember our loved ones during the Yizkor service on Yom Kippur.  Beth Tikvah Synagogue is again preparing a Memorial Booklet for the Yom Kippur Yizkor service as a fundraiser for the synagogue. The cost is $18 per name or $250 for a whole page.

 If you would like your loved one's names included in this year's Memorial Booklet, please fill out and submit the form below and make your payment on-line by Tuesday Sept 19. Beth Tikvah members who are logged into the system, may have the payment billed to their account.
